Job Description,

Project Management:

Managing overall operations for executing projects involving scoping, initiating, high level design && architecture,

Resource mobilization, execution within cost && time parameters

Monitoring/tracking projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, time over-runs to ensure timely

Execution of projects

Operations && Maintenance:

Providing network && extending communication facilities through planning, engineering, commissioning, operations &&

Maintenance of various construction systems

Managing the complete range of activities by providing right of way from conceptualisation to installation, testing,

Maintenance and troubleshooting the construction equipments

Procurement/Sourcing:

Directing the development and implementation of key purchase / procurement strategies, contingency plans and

Ensuring that plans are aligned with production requirements

Developing long-term partnerships with local suppliers/contractors and preparing rate contracts; managing day-to-

Day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms

Manpower Management

Recruiting, directing, leading && motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater

Operational effectiveness/ efficiency

Working on succession planning of the workforce, rendering technical guidance to the staff, shift management

Activities, appraising the members performance && providing feedback

Quality Control/Assurance:

Ensuring adherence to quality standards (ISO) and maintaining all related documents

Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system
