Role : Corporate trainer and Client Relationship Executive Job Code : CR001 Job Description : Willing to work in night shift:
– Interacting with client for updating day to day activity.
– Monitor , provide , record and evaluate effective training activities and able to interact with client.
– Design and implement Training programs (Soft Skills , Selling Skills and Induction) that can be used to develop and improve the skills required for the job.
– Implementation and revision of the training programs
– Assess Training needs
– Develop training methods and material
– Write procedure manuals
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE – Should have worked as a Trainer at the corporate level. Ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in a BPO / KPO kind of environment.
– MBA and having professional degree for training and development.
