JOB DESCRIPTIONS
*Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients.
*Handling Queries efficiently on mails, phones, as well as in meetings.
*Managing customer centric operations ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery service quality norms.
*Attending to clients complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
*Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the product satisfaction.
*Generating client reports.
*Client service executives must have strong judgment and decision-making skills as well
*In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.
*Should be proficient with computers and software spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel.
Note: Experience from same industry would be an advantage. Media Marketing industry with good communication skills will be preferred.
