Work Experience : Prior work experience in the services industry or a coaching institute or foreign education consultancy firm is highly recommended but, is not a pre-requisite for a deserving candidate who has displayed his/ her abilities in the past with previous employers. Must be able to extract maximum from the team and perform and lead by setting high standards for subordinates.

Education : Must be a graduate with a PG Diploma or degree in management or HR with excellent communication skills in English and local language.,
