To set targets for advisors.
To meet expected sales target consistently.
To facilitate training, monitor on the development, and give the feedback on the performance of the advisors.
To review performance of the advisors regularly.
To maintain daily activity and recruitment tracker.
Desired Profile:
MBA in Marketing / Graduate – Any Stream.
Good academic record.
At least 2 – 5 years of Sales Experience in Finance companies / Banks/ Consumer Durables/Telecom Sector/ Top Advisors/Members of MDRT. Must have stick to a company for at least one n half yrs all thru career.
Fairly good command over English as well as local language.
Should be presentable.
Aggressive nature with an aptitude for sales.
Constant, positive mental energy.
Ability to motivate people and lead a team
Good networking skills to generate leads and recruit influential advisors
The candidate should be local or should have worked in the specific location for a minimum of 3 – 7 yrs.
