Bookkeeping / Accounting: Examine and review of books of accounts and ensuring error-free and timely book-keeping.
Monitoring Trading Activity, Stock management and outstanding management: Monitoring Trading Activity. Proper accounting record of stock and ensuring proper documentation before stock movement. Reviewing sales, purchase, receipt and payment.
Statutory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with statutory laws like GST, Income Tax, RBI, etc.
Loan financing: Liasoning with bank / FI for new / renewal of loans and providing necessary documents for the same.
Finalization of Accounts: Finalisation of books of account and preparing financial statements.
