We have Urgent requirement for Loan Manager for Rupeek Fintech (Coimbatore)

Interview Location: Coimbatore

Salary: 3.6 Lakhs + 5-7k variable

Designation: Loan Manager (Gold Loans)
Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Description:

Travel from Rupeek location to customer location for transactions
Introduce and explain Rupeek policies and process to customer, answer any questions or concerns from the customer
Complete the KYC process as per NBFC and company requirements
Handle gold ornaments carefully
Appraise the gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and salt water
Pack the ornaments in secure storage pouches
Communicate the eligible loan amount to customer
Execute the pledge card/loan agreement with customer
Ensure customer has received the loan amount transferred
Return to Rupeek location and handover the secure storage pouches and loan documents for storage

Qualifications:
-Excellent communication skills: super fluent in Tamil and english
-comprehension: Listen – Understand – Analyse – Respond
-Good typing skills and basic computer knowledge
-Amicable personality; must be a delight to talk to
-Must be customer-focused and sales oriented
-Must be passionate about the job, willing to put in extra effort
