Making and Submitting APQP Documents in the Ford Portal Like Schedule A Submission, APQP Workbook, APQP Timing Plan, Spec Test Plan, and Other PPAP Documents Like :- PFD, Control Plan, PFMEA, Part List/BOM, Sourcing Sheet, Tool/Fixture/Gauges Lists, WI, Set Up Check Sheet, Floor Plan Layout, Quality Plan, etc.
New product costing
Prototype/ sample development as per APQP process
Process development and productionisation
Identification of right/ relevant lean equipments
Quotation and negotiation
Installation and commissioning as per initial control
Ensuring adherence to the processes and SOPs
Generate timely and accurate MIS and create action plan for improvement
Product Development and Documentations Like Process flow Diagrams, Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Check Sheets
Responsibilities of Making & Submitting Samples According to Events.
Visual & Dimensional Inspection Of New Product Samples
Handling Customer Complaints during & after the Development Proces
