Good hands-on knowledge in server installation (rack and blade of x86 and P series)) , storage of all brands (at least IBM , EMC and NetApp) and Tape Library
Any one OEM certification on server and storage
Working knowledge in presales in understanding customer requirement and providing a solution
Able to do the implementation once solution is finalized
Good knowledge on Windows , Linux and AIX operating system (AIX and Linux preferred)
