1. Maintain and increase hospital and doctor based sales for company.
2. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
3. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
4. Setting sales targets for individual reps and team along with BD Head
5. Recruiting and training sales staff
6. Allocating areas tosales representatives along with BD Head
7. Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
8. Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
9. Collecting customer feedback and market research
10. Maintain and discuss Progress report withBD Head
11. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
12. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
