Planning work for all responsible projects to meet schedules 100% while providing a clear competitive advantage as to the quickness of the process;

Providing our customers with the most cost-effective and productive solutions to their production processes;

Ensuring that all our Business Makers are provided with the very best in sales technical support;

Ensuring that Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt Ltd has the best Application Department by providing my partners with answer to their applications inquiries , by providing phone support, visit to customer along with sales partners whenever needed, performing field work as needed. .

Providing applications support to our sales team in order to win all orders that we are in competition for,

Providing great guidance to our proposal estimators and generators to create world class proposals to our customers;

Creating the order margin which is needed to make Phillips Engineering Technologies the most profitable machine tool provider;

Requiring that all project stakeholders will always be up to date on each phase of each project: knowing what is expected and when;

Providing great clarity on the technical specifications of each project to the engineering and production groups;

Continually learning, understanding the latest in technological processes in machine tool solutions;

Developing and maintaining great relationships with all existing and potential suppliers of critical components with respect to technology, quality, pricing and delivery;

Being a role model in the use of the Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt Ltd Dialogue Solutions Process always creating a clear competitive advantage and a “no-brainer” ROI;

Giving constructive feedback to team leaders to help achieve the best team results in terms of quality and productivity;

Contributing mightily to the accomplishment of the mission of Phillips Machine Tools India Pvt Ltd and the mission/ vision and cultural performance standard of Phillips Machine Tools (I) Pvt Ltd, and establishing our code of conduct as the basic value system of the company;

Being the great and worthy member of the project management team so that the team becomes clearly the best in the industry by any measure;
