Minimum 1+ years of work experience in sales & marketing in customer solicitation and/or retention in Transport Industry, Automobile Industry, Credit/Debit Card Industry or Direct sale of consumer goods/FMCG/Durables etc. or any other industry, or experience of having worked with transport companies/transporters. Should be graduate with B. Com, BBA, BCA, BSc, BA degree. 12th Pass candidates from recognized board having very good communication skills and experience can be considered. Hands-on / working knowledge of using computer, MS Word, MS Excel, Smart Phone, Mobile App, Basic Internet Usage is compulsory. Should have working knowledge of Hindi/English and the local language where they are positioned to facilitate smooth interaction with customers. Skills:
Meeting Month On Month Sales Target, Customer Service, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, Motivation for Sales. Open to travel atleast 50 ~ 100 kms every day for client meetings (2500 kms per month). Should have a two wheeler. Should have smartphone / tablet with 4G data connectivity (Mobile Call / Mobile Data charges will be reimbursed) for ensuring online enrolment of customers and for tackling customer issues promptly. The minimum specification for the smartphone is 2 GB RAM, 16 GB Internal Memory, 5 MP Camera etc. Should be open for late sitting / work on holidays (if required) to complete sales target To be ready to perform any activity (multi – tasking) once necessary training / inputs provided for the same. Energetic, confident, should be open to take workload beyond the call of duty, team player. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
