Position: Sales Executive. (Real Estate Sales) Qualification: Any Graduate.
Experience: 5 – 9 Years.
Location: Hyderabad ( Habsiguda)
– Identify potential customers and establish contact to promote Real Estate sales. – Conduct various sales promotional activities from time to time, as directed by Sales & Marketing Head – Respond sale enquiries of new and existing customers. – Organise site visits and convert maximum site visits into sales. – Complete sale proceedings/documentation as per the Company guidelines – Meet monthly/annual sales targets -Prepare monthly MIS/sales reports. – Maintain good relations with existing and new customers.
Candidate Profile: – Should have good knowledge in Real Estate sales & marketing – Should have excellent communication skills with knowledge of Telugu, Hindi & English languages – Should have excellent sales/negotiation skills – Should be self-motivated and go better – Should have strong commitment and desire to grow in career -Should be able to perform under pressure with strong will – Should be innovative and proactive and operate efficiently under minimal supervision. – Should have good presentation and demonstration skills. – Should be a good team player and work with synergy.
