Maintain MD agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Attend meetings when required and maintain Minutes of Meeting.
Receive and screen phone calls and maintain record of the same.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (E-mail, letters, packages etc)
Preparing Office Circulars and Office Orders when required.
Arrange and booking of Flight Tickets and Accommodation, Vehicle Booking etc.
Documentation for Visa Process
Handling confidential documents and ensuring that they are properly filed and secured.
Prepare invoices and provide assistance in book keeping.
Secrecy to be maintained on Confidential matters of the organization.
Maintain good relationship with all other Colleagues of the organization.
