Job Description For You Tube Program Manager:

Design and manage complete operating plan, programming & content strategies, video optimization and viewership growth for existing and newly created YT channels

Analyzing program risks and managing the goals of the program.

Develop and control deadlines and activities Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

Develop data driven recommendations to ensure goals are achieved

Devise audience development strategies to increase viewership and subscriptions of the channel

Manage promotions and ads for the channels

Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding key issues and decisions.

Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
