To increase the width and depth in Market (RREP-1 & 2). Ensure to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly targets. Monitor on time delivery to the customer. Responsible for on time resolution of customer complaints related to sales and service. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Work closely with immediate manager to maintain stock availability To gather the data of competition activities & discuss the same with HOD. To co-ordinate activities involving sales of manufactured and traded products. Ensure to collect sales / market data on regular basis and update the same. Relationship building with key customer accounts. Coordinate effectively with dealers and distributors to implement policies and operating procedures. To support immediate manager in product approvals in respective region. Ontime & effective preparation and submission of reports on Daily & fortnightly basis
