Fresher / 0.6 to 3 years of work experience, preferably as a data entry, back office executive or Customer care executive.
Graduate from any stream with good alphanumeric typing speed.
Strong oral & written communications skills with problem solving ability, must good in English.
Very strong computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet/Intranet & Typing speed should be more than 30 wpm
Ability to perform assigned work independently
Knowledge of financial services and mortgage is an added advantage
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Capability to think out of the box
Excellent communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in client relationship management
Keen customer centric approach with skills in addressing client concerns and resolving escalations within prescribed time frame
Ready to work night shifts and on Indian holidays.
