There is an urgent opening with one of leading Dubai Based Real Estate organisation as Business development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager location based in Mumbai-

Key Areas-

Acquisition of new clients/HNIs and managing relationship with HNI clients to invest in properties in Dubai Location
Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers.

Providing need based solutions to the corporate customer.

Responsible for acquisition of new relationships

Generating new sales leads through referrals from existing clients

Increasing penetration of the existing solutions and exploring new business opportunities.

Liaise with operations team to ensure smooth and effective services and resolve any service escalation.

Maintain and grow healthy pipeline of the accounts to ensure consistency of business
