urgent opening for the profile of Field Quality Engineers Full Time

We have an urgent opening for the profile Field Quality Engineers Responsibilities
Salary Budget is up to 7.5 lac CTC . anum
with 5+ yrs of experience for Field Quality .
Reqd at Sterlite at Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh site .
Job responsibilities are as per attachment.
Key Tasks:
Field Quality implementation
Quality surveillance inspections of both online and offline construction activities,
surveillance audits
NCR, IRT (Incident report), IMR (Internal Modification request)- Raising ,
monitoring, closing, Cost and Time analysis, ROE
Checks, witnessing the tests in line with Field Quality plans
Source approvals
Material inspections
Training and Development
Field related-Quality Assurance and Material Management:
Study of LOA, Technical Specifications, General requirements and Drawings.
Perform checks in line with Quality plans
Raise / Review of Nonconformities, IRT, IMR raised and preparation of MIS reports.
Monitoring of receipts, stock positions, storage conditions
Inspection of material on receipt at site and Joint inspection with Powergrid for
clearance

Coordination between different departments like Execution, Projects, Engineering,
Supply chain to close the NCRs
Recording Cost and Time taken to close the NCRs along with Project Manager and
Site manager
Ensure there are equipment and instruments with Valid calibration
Monitor Punch lists , Customer complaints, audit observations and RA bills amount
held due to Quality issues
Periodically publishing the detailed, analysis reports along with ROE
Material related:
Witnessing inspections at Inspection point on regular intervals as per approved
GTP, drawings, TS and Standards.
Documentation:
Maintain Subcontractor and Source approvals
Checklists in line with Quality plans
To mention the samples selection details, letter and report reference details in the
civil inward register
MIS

Ensuring availability of method statements for performing construction activities
based upon Construction standards and TS coordinating with Construction team
Ensuring availability of project specific Field Quality plans & Activity based
checklists and Preparation of standard Field Quality plans & Activity based
checklists coordinating with Construction team
Study Field Quality plans and Checklists in line with technical specification
Obtaining subcontractor approvals and source approvals from client at site
Field Quality implementation support to execution staff at sites.
Quality surveillance inspections of both online and offline construction activities,
surveillance audits
Jointly select samples, witness testing, review reports in line with Quality plans
Perform checks in line with Quality plans
Raise / Review of Nonconformities, IRT, IMR raised and preparation of MIS reports.
Monitoring of receipts, stock positions, storage conditions

To support Testing and commissioning team with Manufacturer test certificates
Training and Development at Site:
To take up Quality awareness sections to Site personnel including subcontractors
i.e. online job training to field staff based upon nonconformities, ROE reports to do
the Job Right first time.
Project Closure:
Punch list closure reports
Relevant QA&I documentation
