Skill : Strong Java and Proc and and PL/SQL Experience

Required Skills :

– Technical skills

– Good knowledge on JAVA/J2EE, servlets and swings/applets.

– Great understanding on jdbc connection packages and its functions.

– Oracle SQL knowledge

– Expectations Delivery including Scale & Scope

– Delivers all tasks assigned in a sprint on time, on scope, and with high quality with limited technical assistance or guidance.

– Raises and escalates impediments to delivery to the lead and provides options and alternatives that would remove the impediments.

– Keeps all applicable systems updated based on standards on a consistent basis (such as time entry, JIRA task updates, and code repositories).

Technical Aptitude :

– Strong and reliable ability to deliver quality code for the product and specifically the features with which they are associated such as unit testing, code coverage, and best practices.

– Understands the technical aspects of many areas of the application, product, and framework and can articulate their understanding while still needing some guidance in a few complex areas.

– Communication – Across, Up, Out

– Understands the status, expectations, and direction for the activities being managed, and this understanding is evident to team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

Technical skills :

– Securing java application concepts(eg: OWASP)

– Knowledge on various web utilities(like zap, fiddler .etc) to monitor http requests are safe.

– Expectations Delivery including Scale & Scope

– Has demonstrated ability to independently develop in at least one core technology used by the product with limited support.

Technical Aptitude :

– Identifies areas that need refactoring and raises it to management for implementation.

– Reviews code and tests written by other team members.
