Job Description
Train & manage relationships with bank staff, support bank staff & acquiring new customers and achieving business targets
Build working relationships with staff
Assist bank staff to acquire new customers and help provide customer need based life insurance solutions.
Adhere to sales process and expected documentation, use sales technology as required.
Support bank staff collecting renewal from premium customers.
Ensure quality business through the right sales practices, minimise business risk.
Banca
Achieve allocated business targets and actively cross sell / up sell products to ICICI Bank customers.
Maintaining strong relationship and liaising with ICICI bank staff including the branch head.
Responsible for training the branch staff on ICICI Prudential products and processes.
Sourcing business from existing bank customersas well as walk in customersby doing the financial planning and informing on the suitable product.
Responsible for generating leads through ICICI bank branch mapped to the employee.
Ensure fixing appointments and meeting customers as per their convenience.
Understanding customer needs & provide financial solutions to customers through insurance policies.
Responsible to ensure the quality of business i.e. persistency of portfolio mapped.
Be multi skilled to handle all kinds of transactions and services.
Responsible for providing financial solutions to customers through insurance policies.
Accepting authority of application, complaints in Bank branch and responsible to take it forward with concerned team.
Authorised to hold and process policy documents in terms of applications, Know Your Customer, and other income related documents.
First point of contact for the customer to authenticate concern raised by customer and validate with authorities.
Responsible to manage correct flow of information to stakeholders.
Responsible to exercise due diligence at first level to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions.

Identify & Recruit new and right quality of advisors to build a strong advisor base.
Train advisors on company products & selling skills.
Motivate and supervise a group of advisors.
