PMO Full Time

Job Description
Primary Responsibilities

Manage multiple high velocity Agile projects using scrum
Conduct daily scrum meetings for multiple projects and weekly scrum meetings
Provide clear visibility into states of project development, risks and issues; communicate effectively to all stakeholders and senior leadership
Conduct issue tracking and reporting
Facilitate conflict/issue resolution
Ensure compliance with RG methods and practices by the teams
Work closely with multiple stakeholders including product management, architecture, engineering, QA, technical writing etc. to drive projects to success
Participate in the implementation and establishment of PMO policies, system monitoring and controls to ensure the successful management and reporting of all engineering product initiatives
Build strong relationships with cross-functional team managers at all levels
Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information and as an advocate for best practices in project management
Maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support an effective PMO
Determine project costs/ensure delivery of projects on time and within budgetary guidelines
Perform cost/benefit analysis of actions and initiatives
