Job Summary
Responsible for achieving sales and market share targets in the assigned state/ territory by promoting our products to clinicians & surgeons across the healthcare value chain and building relationships with internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for Achieving Sales Figures in Assigned Territory month on month.
Responsible for achieving focus product targets – both quantity and value – month on month.
Ensure coverage of all accounts based on customer segmentation within territory through grassroots sales techniques like scheduling appointments, drop -by to potential customers, making initial presentations, understanding account requirements & needs of potential customers.
To close sales/ leads by building rapport with potential account by explaining surgical techniques, features and benefits of our product range.
