Job Responsibilities

Should have from Medical Background
The applicant will function as the family health counselor and will assist the family from first
The applicant will act as a relationship manager for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Hospitals and will be interacting with Middle/Senior Level Management
The applicant will have to empathize with patients and help them understand their symptoms
The applicant will be required to respond to patient queries according to Pre Defined Standard Operating Procedures.
The applicant should have knowledge about large multi-specialty hospital billing and pricing
The applicant should have sensitivity towards patients problems and will be required to act with discretion while handling patient queries.
