Job Responsibilities:

1. Planning and organizing staff rotes

2. Reporting machinery breakdowns

3. Stock control and ordering supplies

4. Making sure your team meets production targets

5. Carrying out quality control checks and writing reports

6. Updating paperwork like holiday requests and sick leave

7. Organizing staff training
