What will I be doing
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features ensure they are getting the value that they expect from our services
Delivering high quality engaging product demo to the users
Responsible to negotiate convert sales qualified prospects into customers
Build a value-driven relationship with high ticket value prospects and convert them into paying customers
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Mentor and provide training to team members
Report to the Sales Manager on sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
Note: Major volumes of user queries that we get are through Chat Email. Our major users are from American and European timezones, hence the shift timing will correspond to the same.
