Ensure maximum productivity of Old and New IA’s and UM productivity as per guidelines set for the Area
Adhere to cost budget in respect of all activities
Ensure effective and need based training exposure. Monitor performance of the field force in the region by organizing and attending regular Regional level meets.
Keep a tab on the industry and the local market at the branch centers. Undertake comparative analysis with competition
Create and Nurture a customer centric environment by conducting customer meets and organizing customer service camps at periodic intervals.
Ensure minimizing complaints of Misselling and take effective steps to prevent circulation of unauthorized publicity materials. Take proactive measures to rectify irregularities pointed out by the audit team
