Position Title -Manager Brand & Corporate Communication
Role Responsible for CSR function of the company and work towards making a meaningful difference to the community
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement CSR strategies aligned to companys CSR philosophy
Identify relevant CSR opportunities to deploy CSR funds as per mandate
Collaborate and motivate internal & external stakeholders to ensure CSR implementation across the country
Adhere to required regulatory compliance as per the Companies Act, 2013
Ensure due diligence and maintain necessary documentation of chosen CSR partners/ projects
Develop and maintain metrics for measurement of CSR outcome of each partner/ project
Timely compliance with necessary internal audit requirements w.r.t. CSR processes, partners and implementation
Analyze and measure results on regular basis for all partners/ projects
Device strategies for employee participation in CSR activities
Leverage CSR to highlight the softer side of the brand to the larger audience, through necessary PR efforts
Person Profile
Post Graduate/ MBA from Premier Institute with experience in Corporate Social Responsibility
Experience 5yrs+ in traditional marketing or HR with Min 2/3 years in core CSR function
Critical competencies
Excellent written, verbal communication skills and networking skills
Strong inter-personal skills, High energy, positive personality, enthusiastic, self-driven and result oriented
Proficiency in accounting, budget allocation and MIS reporting
Understanding of CSR rules and regulation as companies act and other key aspects
