We’re Hiring for Dealer
Roles & Responsibilities :

Communicating intra-day trading calls and investing ideas to customers.

Monitoring day to day operations at Branch.
Maintaining regular relations with clients.
Individually operate NSE / BSE terminals.
Thorough knowledge of all NSE / BSE rules & regulations and Compliance.
Ability to advise the clients from time to time based on the research advices. Generating Brokerage and volume to the Branch.
To trade for the clients, keeping them informed about rates , research information , and market outlook , order & trade details and confirmations.
Identify and develop new streams for equity revenue growth and maintaining cordial relationship with existing clients.
Client Acquisition,
Opening D-Mat Account,
Expand the Client Base by appointing various new clients,
Developing Relationship with HNI clients and Generating leads through References.
Achieve laid down budgets w.r.t revenue generation and client activation.

Minimum Requirements:-

Minimum Graduate (regular)
Minimum 1 year experience into dealing role along with mentioned Skillsets: NISM Series 8, 5 & 11 certifications, Revenue Generation, Brokerage generation, Client Dealing, Terminal Trading, ODIN/Nest platform, Demat Trading, and Derivatives Dealing etc.
Preferred languages: Telugu, Hindi and English

CTC:-

Up to 3.25 LPA
Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Incentives
