Designation :Home Loan Quality Manager

Reporting to :Home Loan Regional Head

Role :

Check the CIBIL report of the customer
Checking Home Loan file for loan disbursements
Check the loan eligibility and credit
Co-ordinate with the bank to follow up and get the loan applications sanctioned and disbursed
Handling customer grievance and resolving them in a timely manner
Preparing business MIS and report the same
Handling & resolving queries
Key Competencies

Due Diligence
Co-ordination Skills
Eye for details and completion of Documentation
Qualification: Graduation / MBA

Relevant Experience : 1-2 Years
