Key Responsibility Area
i)
Responsible for all accounts receivables & payables
Responsible for Leisure & Journals Entries.
Responsible for Sundry payments
Responsible for Billing
Outstanding follow ups with customers
Daily entries of sundry voucher
Follow up for payments with clients from time to time
Daily entries of all bank accounts
Reconciliation of whole system
Maintaining Vouchers and Accounts
Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable)
Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers
Returns GST Return, Tax Return, Etc.

Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Provide timely & informative updates, improvement suggestions to the team
