SALES MANAGER Full Time
Position: Sales Manager (Work withInsurance Agents team only)
Role:
– Recruit advisors to sell Life insurance policies.
– Achieve the sales & recruitment target.
– Monitor the performance of advisors & take corrective actions.
– Do joint field work and provide adequate training to make the team knowledgeable.

– Motivating team members to achieve contest and recognitions.
Desired Profile:
– He/ She must have currently working in sales profile insurance/Pharma/telecom

Job Purpose: Building a productive distribution base of preferred ( HNI ) distributors for HDFC Life.
Key Responsibilities:
The person would be responsible for hiring Business Leaders (HNI distribution Base ).
He will also be responsible for further creating a distribution base of Financial Consultants under respective Business Leader.
He would be doing business with this Business Leaders to complete his annual business target.
These Business Leaders will be HNI business distributors with very attractive pay structures.

Must Have:
Achiever in past job assignment
Worked in Delhi NCR for at least 3 years
Should have worked in market and should have good locational awareness in areas
Insurance related experience will be preferred
Must have his own conveyance
Should have resided for 3 years + in the local vicinity
