Job Description:
Keeping the team updated with upcoming projects and ongoing projects in the Market.
Maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
To ensure the desired volume of corporate sales.
Pitch projects according to their specifications.
Establish & maintain relationships with key influencers/decision-makers in the corporate base.
Should be updated with Marketing Strategies to sell Residential and Commercial Properties.
Responsible for sales of the Company’s Underwritten Projects across Delhi NCR.
Supporting Team for Revenue Generation.
To design events/seminars & propagate offers designed for corporate.
To ensure the empanelment of leading corporate houses.
Should be Target Driven.
Follow-up collections.
