Supports operating units by implementing human resources programs and policies

Talent acquisition Recruiting through job portals, tying up with consultancies, sourcing through portals, CV screening, Initial round of interview
JD prepration and approval for different job opening shat come for the group.
Employee engagement, Attendance management
Implementing HR policies and decorum set by the company.
Onboarding the new joinees and conducting induction.
Managing the entire documentation process for the new joinees.
Record maintenance of all employee details
Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems;
Coaching and counseling managers and employees.
