CRITERIA
Min 1 year life insurance sales experience preferred.
Age should be 22 to 32
Graduation is must.
Role in Brief:
The candidate would be provided leads to reach out to existing customers and understand their requirement, pitch & sell them the financial products which we have to offer 100% of the leads would be provided by the branch / reporting manager. He/she would be responsible to call customers, check their availability and would have to travel to their respective homes to explain the policy, collect documents and issue a policy. Candidates should be ok with field sales.
Perks and Benefits
ULIPS sales credit will be counted as 100% in this company as it will be on 50% in other companies.
Traditional product sales credit will be counted as upto 150% in this company and in other companies it is upto 100% only .
Minimum 4 International trips are there.
Only 15% compulsory to sell Trad Product in this company
