Job Opening for Labour Welfare Officer/Factory Administrator for Chandigarh location
Designation Labour Welfare Officer/Factory Administrator Location Chandigarh Experience Minimum 5-8 year working experience Salary 15K-20K PM Gender Male Qualification The candidate must possess a degree/diploma of University duly recognized by the State Government in this behalf in the same manner as attached herewith this J.D.

Candidate must have adequate knowledge of the Hindi, English & Punjabi.
Functional area Labour Welfare management in consonance with policy implementation,Look after various compliance related to Labour & Factory Laws, look after Health & Safety management, and other associated Statutory Compliance
Job Responsibilities:- To eliminate the issues of the jobber system in the
recruitment of labour including contractual hiring
To develop and improve labour administration in accordance
to the factory policies.
To serve as a liaison with the Central/State Labour
Commissioner.
To Look after Safety, health and welfare programs like
housing, recreation and sanitation services, as provided under
the law for the time being in force
Speedy Redressal and appropriate disposal of workers
grievances in consonance with factory management
Interpret company policies correctly and make the same
understood the workers in the language they understand
To act as a bridge/coordinator with the factory management
to design/implement policies appropriately and encourage the
workers to work with productive efficiency
To take care of all the required compliance in relation to
factory and various Labour laws
