Retail Store Manager Full Time

We have urgent opening for the Store Manager (Punjabi Bhag) Delhi
Position: Store Manager
Exp- 3 to 5 Years
CTC- 4 to 5.5 LPA + Other facilities
Education: Any Graduate ( MBA & Post Graduate Preferred)-Must have good communication skills
Store Timings 10:30 AM TO 8:30 PM
Note: We are open for both male and female candidate

Store Size- 1000 Sq. ft.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with
Potential and actual customers.
Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming
Customer initiatives and monitoring the local competitors.
Ensure availability of materials to avoid stoppage.
Supervise sales associates and handle change requests by customers, as well as
Must have excellent communication skills.
Be acquainted with sales items and procedures in the department in order to provide
Accurate information to clients that can enhance sales transactions.
Develop sales strategies to reach new customers and also grab the attention of
Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
Respond to customer complaints and comments.
Ensure cleanliness, safety and security at the RM Stores.
