Dual Chat Support Full Time

We are hiring for Dual Chat Process.
Candidate should have minimum 1 year of Customer/Technical support experience in a Dual Chat process(International).
Should have excellent customer service skills.
Handling basic Internet Troubleshooting Issues & knowledge in billing process.
Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shifts), comfortable to work in night shifts.
Transport facility available (pick up & drop).
Note -Anyone with eligible experience willing to relocate can apply.
Fresher’s are not eligible, Experience in Dual Chat process is mandatory with excellent typing skills.
Preferably Immediate Joiners.
