Tele Caller Job In Delhi Full Time

As a Tele Caller you will deal with inquiries on the phone. You will provide information about services to customers by helping customers understand the services and answering questions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Interacting with customers to problem solve issues,
Ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Generating leads for CDA (Channel Development Associates) and clients.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications: Graduate or Undergraduate

Experience: 0-2yrs (Freshers are most welcome)

Skills: customer handling, customer support, customer relation, telecalling
