Customer Support Executive Tele calling Process Full Time

Hi Candidate,

We are Hiring for Tele-Customer Support Executive – Day Shift .

(A Tele Calling Role Dedicated for Financial Sales and Collection Support Activities of Retail Loans)

1. TELE SALES EXECUTIVE ( Experience)

Salary for 1+ Years Experience Candidate:Rs.18,000 to Rs.20000 (Gross)+ Incentive.

Eligibility: Candidate must be Graduation with 1+ Years of Experience in

BPO / Customer Support or Tele-Sales or Tele-Collection in Finance Company.

With Excellent Communication in Hindi / Gujarati / English.

Job Role:

Make daily calls to eligible customers to convince them to apply for the product.
Collect all application details from customers over phone and input them into Homer for evaluation.
Notify customers of result of their application and in the case of approval, direct the customer for Further process.
Responsible to handle inbound calls from dedicated calls transferred from general help-line.
Proactively follow up with customers where necessary to persuade them to apply.

2. TELE SALES EXECUTIVE ( Fresher)

Salary For Graduate Fresher: Rs. 11,000 (Gross) + Incentive.

Eligibility:Candidate must be Graduation with Excellent Communication in Hindi / Gujarati / English.

Job Role:

Same as Above with Longer Duration of Training Module.

3. TELE COLLECTION EXECUTIVE (Fresher – 6 Months)

Salary for 10+2 for Collection Process: Rs.10,107(Fresher) to Rs.12,500(6 Months) + Incentive

Eligibility:Candidate must be 10+2 with Excellent Communication in Hindi / Gujarati.

Job Role:

Follow up Existing Customer for Collection of Remaining Payments.

Helping Existing customer by Following Up their Overdue / Due payments and Ensure their payment before due dates.

Guiding Customer with Due diligence in case where customer is not aware of ways and processes to make his/her payments.
