Relationship Manage – Mortgage Loan / Home Loan / LAP
Responsibilities and Duties :-
· Responsible to approach clients to educate loan products and generate business.
· List of Loan products: Commercial loan, Mortgage Loan, Loan Against Property etc.
· Should be able to manage team of Field Executives, also responsible for achieving his and team members targets.
· Person should have experience in DSA / franchise model – setting up and managing franchise under banking or NBFC company product module.
· Maintain relationship with Bankers from login to disbursement of each case & handle customer queries for end to end solutions regarding loan products.
· Understand current property markets, ups & downs in financial market, must be in sync with current updates of leading banks & their financial product & policies.
· Identify new business opportunities and continues business enhancement.
· Should be confident, energetic, organized and robust. Also carry go getter attitude.
· Pitching products and/or services to prospective customers and convert them for lead.
Skills :-
Must be comfortable for extensive field work
Good Communication Skills ( Hindi / Marathi / English / Any other regional language )
Good Convincing skills
Qualification :- Graduation
Experience :-
1. Minimum 1 yr & above as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services
2. Must have Direct Sales experience of Commercial Loan, Mortgage Loan and Loan against property etc.
