Brief Job Description:
Business Strategy and Planning:
– Formulating, implementing and monitoring strategic plans for businesses both for existing businesses and new ones planned.
– Identification of new business opportunities in each Business units, review of initiatives & in coordination with respective unit team.
– Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications
Establish corporate governance by ensuring effective functioning of the central committees.
Support to MD
– Human resource – Development & OD initiatives – Ensure career growth for top management team and Leadership management & development.
– Restructure the organization to gear-up to future expansions.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:
– Track industry trends in the healthcare domain for technology & market development.
– Analyze competitive landscape to prepare comprehensive market research reports.
– Forecast location wise/ specialty wise market size.
– Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.
MIS & Business Analysis:
– Review of Annual Business Plans, analysis of profitability, consolidation & review of revenue budgets from the business units, review of capital expenditure plan.
– Review of performance against plan through meetings with the respective divisions and follow-up for corrective action.
– Preparation of Variance analysis report for the Business units for the monthly meetings with the MD.
– Analysis of performance reports from all the functions for briefing MD and taking corrective action.
– Generate standard or customized reports summarizing business/ financial, data for review by senior management.
New Project Planning & Management:
– Identifying new projects.
– Site Evaluation.
– Project Costing and preparation of final budget.
– Tendering.
– Preparing Project implementation schedule.
– Capex planning, Budgeting & management.
– Manage execution of the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals and ensure timely completion of the project.
– Prepare project forecasts, project reports, Analysis of data and develop other documents required for project management.
– Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate.
– Support to MD on risk identification and mitigation actions in order to minimize their impact of the project.
