Urgently required Male *Head Store Manager*- Furniturewala – Bangalore
Location Indiranagar, Bengaluru (1 Openings)
*Sal 50.0 K to 70.0 K (monthly)*
Graduation degree mandatory
Should have pleasing personality
Should have excellent in communication
Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales / Business Development mandatory
Must have 5 years of experience in handling a store
Experience in Retail / Wholesale, Textile / Garment / Fashion, Furnishings / Sanitaryware or FMCG / F&B preferred
Age 25-40yrs
Fluency in English and good in Hindi and Tamil is must
Responsible for Organizing Sales, Planning, Maintaining and Profitability of showroom
Involved in Exclusive Brand Outlet Management, Sales forecasting demand planning, Manpower Training and Retention
Monitoring the market environment and competitor activities
Responsibility for entire operations in the assigned territory
Developing and implementing sales strategy at Regional level
Supervising the sales team and ensuring achievement of sales targets
Coordinating with the various related departments for trouble free execution of operations
Directing the overall activities of retail operations of the showroom. Evaluating proposed policies and procedures and making recommendations for increased savings and cost reductions
Setting monthly target and action plan
Strategic planning for the process; setting up operational goals and performance objectives, monitor and improve performance
