Experience in Accounting, Book Keeping, Receivables And Payables Experience in using Quick BooksAnd TallyERP9 for managing accounts. Experience in invoicing in keeping with customer and organizational requirements. Independent user with Microsoft software, Outlook, Excel, Internet savvy, experience with several proprietary softwares. Experience in bank statements reconciliations. Good experience in Vendor management Strong skills in Payment Collections. Good Communication Skills for maintaining harmonious relations with customers, regulatory bodies and other employees. Experience with planning Preparing Monthly Budgets . Self-starter who is disciplined to handle multiple tasks. Responsible for Accounts Payables (AP) Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) Responsible for collecting and calculating timesheets for monthly payroll Answering to payroll queries . Prepare and maintain employee master files. Enter and Process Employees Status Form changes; including new hires. Reviewing internal control system at various levels and suggesting improvement measures to the management. Thorough analysis of major expenses to unearth any possibility of savings in cost to the Organization. Checking compliance with accounting standards as prescribed in the Companies (Accounting Standards) Rules, 2006. Preparation of Interim Consolidated Financial Statements. Ensuring all the statutory compliances as required by the IncomeTax Act, various Value Added Tax Acts, PF Act, ESI Act and Indirect Tax also. Tax Laws such as Excise Duty, Custom Duty, and Service Tax. Payment of TDS , PF, ESICand Professional tax. Filling of returns of TDS (Quarterly Yearly), Pf (monthly yearly), esic (half yearly) to the respective department. Register new Employees in ESIC online . Assistance to the manager. Reviewing internal control system at various levels and suggesting improvement measures to the management to be maintained account payable and receivables. ,
