Dear Professionals! Greetings From Visual IT Solutions. 5 – years of experience in Oracle HCM including Core HR Absence Management Time and Labor Payroll Benefits and Talent. Should have full project lifecycle experience from requirements through deployment / support. Integration experience with ICS / AIC including SOAP and REST APIs. Should have at least 1 full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud. Expand or modify system to serve new purposes and improve work flow and test , maintain , and monitor programs and systems. Develop , document and revise system design procedures , test procedures , and quality standards. Review and analyze performance indicators to locate problems , and correct errors.,
