We have urgently requirement for Chartered Accountant candidate.

Location:- Indore.
Salary :- 6-8 Lac Per Annum
Qualification :- CA
Experience :- 3-5 Years Of Experience.
Job Description:-
1. Managing Books of Accounts, Billing & Payments
Solely responsible for the accuracy & optimum functioning of the entire accounting function at Mall.
Ensure that all applicable accounting standards are followed in the accounting at Mall level.
Formulating and implementation of TATs for general accounting systems & processes like payments, time etc.
Ensuring timely & accurate bill generation of retailers for Lease Rental, CAM, Electricity & marketing etc.
Ensure support to Operation/collection team for timely collection and monitoring Ensuring smooth & timely reconciliation of accounts in case of queries/disputes.
Monitoring & presentation of monthly debtor/creditor status to management.
Ensure and facilitation to Auditors for smooth Audit.
2. Budgeting, MIS & Reporting
Preparation of Annual Business Plan for the Mall.
Budgetary Controls
Ensuring that all outgoing reports/Business Review/MIS are submitted in time & first time.
correct approach is followed.
Providing details related to Loan A/c and other financial compliance.
Note :- Only Retail industry candidate preferred Age Should Be 40 Years not more than that.
