The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual capable of driving and supporting both sub- teams with high analytical and problem solving skills. This is a unique opportunity for a high-energy professional to learn about and support Deloitte Belgium team and to work directly with member firm team and business controllers. The individual along with the other QRR team members will be responsible for the Tax & Legal QRR program, which is a highly developed Quality and Risk program which ensures that high Quality & Risk standards are maintained at all levels within the Tax & Legal function;
Work you will do
Quality Risk Regulations

You monitor compliance with Quality & Risk policies & procedures (client and engagement acceptance including anti-money laundering regulations and auditor independence rules, use of engagement letters and business terms, etc.);
You facilitate trainings on QRR topics to new hires in USI
You assist consultants in their day-to-day questions on Quality & Risk matters;
You prepare monthly & quarterly reports for QRR matters
You assist in handling end to end conflict check requests
You assist in the follow-up on e-learning courses  & independence confirmations and uploading KPIs and violations on SharePoint
You assist in the Internal Quality and Risk Review Program, which includes amongst others:
You provide input to enhance the QRR processes and procedures;
