Urgently required “BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (SALES)”for CONSUMER FINANCE – BANGALORE & HYDERABAD

Minimum Experience:

Minimum education – 12th standard pass out
Min1 year experience in consumer finance
Age 28 years

JOB SUMMARY:

Explaining our loan application process to the merchant representative and customers
Making pre-approval decisions after receiving initial details from customers in coordination with the Central Ops team
Explaining loan products to customers in person or over phone
Closely coordinate with credit team and loan applicants to ensure turnaround time is minimized
Getting the agreements, NACH, KYC proof, etc collected / verified
Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
Ensuring on-time payments of the customers
Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant
Continuously provide feedback to Central Ops, Product and Technology teams Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
High levels of self drive/motivation
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and regional languages of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
Savvy with technology i.e. mobile and computers. Knowledge of MS office (excel,word) would be a positive
Compensation :

Fixed salary of Rs 1.5L to Rs 2.25L per annum. Attractive monthly bonuses based on loan origination and repayment performance
